THE BRIEF

The hotel is a 6 storey building and has 142 luxurious, stylish and modern guest Rooms including Presidential Suits and Executive Suits. The hotel provides amenities like Bar, health and fitness center, Spa, swimming pool and two meeting lounges (18 seater and 6 seater).It also has large capacity banquet for 1000 guests. The USP of the hotel is its grand lobby with exquisite interior and beautiful landscape.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL has been engaged to support and monitor the complete project and also to incorporate all the services required for hotel to be operational. The scope of works includes Managing, Tracking and Phasing of Interior Finishing, MEP Works and ensuring correct sequencing of work to achieve completion.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project is operational. Public areas on Ground and Mezzanine Floor are functional. We have also handed over 1st, 2nd, 3rd Floor Guest Rooms. Planning is being done for completion of work on 4th Floor.
