THE BRIEF

The Building is a Software Technology Park at Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. The IT Park building comprises of 2 basements and G+6 floors. The building would be a multi-tenant building. Project consists of various modern amenities like Rain Water Harvesting Pits, Terrace Garden, STP provision for recycling waste water for flushing and gardening purpose and Mechanical Car Parking Facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL has been engaged to manage the complete project from Design Development Stage to Handing over Stage of the core shell along with testing and commissioning of all MEP high side services.
