THE BRIEF

The developer in alliance with Country Inn & Suites has managed to create a beautiful city-based resort offering guests the perfect location to explore the cultural wonders of New Delhi. The resort offers 38 rooms, a swimming pool and banquet facility. The project is an Eco-friendly Boutique Hotel. It caters both as a wedding destination as well as for corporate clients.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform took over the project while the structure was in progress. The services and interior works for the project were started in similar time frames. The scope of work included managing Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipment. Perform managed to complete the project in the defined time frame.

PROJECT STATUS

The project has been successfully handed over and is operational as a Country Inn & Suites Hotel under the Carlson Brand of Hotels.
