THE BRIEF

The Building is a “Research and Development” Centre for Robotics under construction at Info city Sector 33-34, Gurgaon. The Client has conceived the building as a LEED Certified Green Building and aims to achieve Platinum Credits. The Building comprises of Basement and G+1 Floor with an available floor plate of 50,000 sq. ft. Building has Salient Features like Open Courtyard Area for Natural Day Lighting, Beautiful Landscaping Area and adequate Car Parking Facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL was engaged to manage the complete project since June 2012 from Construction stage to Handing over Stage with Interior Finishing Works and MEP Co-ordination Works along with the Testing and Commissioning of all High Side MEP Services.

PROJECT STATUS

The Contract for the project is over.
