THE BRIEF

McCoy Sudol’s first venture in India has preferred to construct a pre engineered Building. The building is designed by using a pre-determined inventory of raw materials and manufacturing methods that can efficiently satisfy a wide range of structural and aesthetic design requirements. The building comprises of an administrative block and fabrication units. The main focus is to evaluate and identify a production format so that the production is more effective.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL was engaged to manage the complete development from Design development till the handover stage.

PROJECT STATUS

The project has been completed and successfully handed over to client.
