The Hotel boasts 25 Custom Tailored Guest Rooms with Large Banquet Facility. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform was engaged to manage the project from Construction Stage to Handing over. The scope of work included managing Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services along with the commissioning of all MEP Services and equipments.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project has been successfully handed over to Client and is operational.
