THE BRIEF

The Project is a Residential Apartments constructed in Sector-18, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. The Building consists of 2 Residential Towers, Duplex Apartments and Shopping Complex with single basement and G+8 Floors of 1,10,000 sq. ft. built-up area.The Building has various modern amenities like Swimming Pool, Rain Water Harvesting Pits, Shopping Complex, Splash Pool for kids, Leisure Sitting Area, 24*7 Security and Power Back up, Gymnasium for Physical Fitness and Adequate Car Parking Facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd had been engaged to manage the project from Construction Stage to Handing over providing Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services Co-ordination works along with the commissioning of all MEP Services. Perform commenced work in March 2008 and completed in August 2009.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project has been successfully handed over to client.
