THE BRIEF

Prerna learning center is a vision to endow a 25-acre park to serve as a wonderful place for city dwellers to get close to nature and rejuvenate their spirit. The focus of the project is to preserve a mature tropical hardwood forest and to create a project that is self sustainable. The Client envisages ‘Landscape design’ to play a major role to attain the Client’s vision. Provisions like a half-mile self-guided nature trail have been proposed. The center would comprise of 18 to 20 cottages with energy efficient provisions like water harvesting, solar panels etc.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform has been engaged to manage the complete project from Design development till the handover stage. Preconstruction activities have been initiated for the project.

The project is currently on hold due to govt. approval.
