SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL took over the project while the structure work was nearing completion and Interior, MEP Work had to be started. The scope of work includes managing Interior, Finishing Works and MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipment. The Hotel Will be a 4 Star rated property. Hence all aspects of the project need to adhere to the same.
