THE BRIEF

The project is fit-out  of Warehouse at Manesar, Gurugram. The factory building comprises of G+2 and basement with built up area 2,75,000 sq. ft.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL was engaged to manage the renovation stage the till Handing over Stage with Interior Finishing Works and MEP Co-ordination Works along with the Testing and Commissioning of all High Side MEP Services.

PROJECT STATUS

The project contract is over.
