THE BRIEF

The Project is a corporate office for SAMCO. The company is one of India’s Leading full Services law firms.  The Building comprises of Basement and G+2 Floor with an available floor plate of 20,000 sq.ft. The office has 145 nos. work stations, 33 nos. cabin, 1 no boardroom and 3 nos. meeting rooms.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform was engaged to manage the overall project for Office Interior, IT, MEP work along with testing and commissioning of MEP Services, Equipment.

The Project is successfully handed over.
