THE BRIEF

The Building is a proposed commercial development having G+7 Floors with three basements. The Client has envisaged to build a LEED certified Green Building and aims to achieve Gold credits. Office layouts have been designed to accommodate multiple offices on the same floor. Project consists of various modern amenities like Break-out terrace area on each floor, gymnasium and cafeteria on roof terrace. The Project is designed and being developed as a Gold rated Green Building.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform took over the project while the structure work was nearing completion and Interior, MEP Work had to be started. The scope of work included managing Civil, Interior, Finishing Works and MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipment.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project is complete and successfully handed over.
