THE BRIEF

The restaurant is a new venture by the client in the hospitality industry. The Client envisages a dynamic ambience different from any other restaurant in the city. The Architect has tried to imbibe the same by designing a modern ambience with dynamic forms. Finishing and quality were of utmost importance in the project. The restaurant caters to 125 guests with a bar on both the floors, an interactive kitchen serving essentially baked cuisine.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform was engaged to manage the complete development from Design development till the handover stage. The scope of works included managing Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipment.

PROJECT STATUS

Project has been successfully handed over and is operational.
