THE BRIEF

Galgotias University campus is set in 52 acres of rolling
green at prime location on the Yamuna Expressway
Greater Noida. The Hostel Block comprises of G+9 floors,
with total built up area of 2, 75,000 sq ft. It comprises of
648 rooms, large dining area, and closed Atrium area.
Salient features like Cricket Ground, Gym, Swimming Pool
and Laundry, centralized Air-Condition, Leisure Sitting
Area on each floor, 24 * 7 Power and Water back up,
Dedicated Library for all blocks and adequate Car Parking
Facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL was engaged to manage the project from
Construction Stage to Handing over stage. The scope of
works includes Civil, Interior Finishing Works and MEP
Services Co-ordination works along with testing and
commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipment’s.

PROJECT STATUS

The Hostel Block has been successfully commissioned and is
an operational part of University Campus.
