Location: Seelampur Metro Mall, New Delhi.

THE BRIEF

The Project was basically a retail store located in Seelampur Metro Mall occupied by French Retailer Carrefour Cash and Carry which fairly covers 60,000 sq. ft. area with single basement and Ground Floor. Basement consists for loading/unloading for variety of commodities. Ground Floor consists of large fresh and cold room area for storing meat and dairy products. Large shelves stocked with variety of quality, value-priced grocery and general merchandise. Salient features like beautiful landscaping area with water body sculpture, structured flow of traffic with ample parking space.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL was engaged to manage and control the project from Construction Stage to Handing over providing Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services co-ordination works along with the testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and equipment. The Project commenced in May 2010 and was completed in December 2010.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project has been successfully handed over to Client for Operation.
