THE BRIEF

The Project is a high end finished corporate office for JSW. The Client has conceived building a LEED Certified Green Building. The Building comprises of Basement and G+4 Floor with an available floor plate of 12,000 sq. ft. The office has 127 nos. work stations, 12 nos. Executive Cabins, 3 nos. Director’s cabin, one conference room, 2 nos. large meeting room, and 3 nos. small meeting rooms well equipped with video conferencing. Salient Features of the building like Open Courtyard Area for Natural Day Lighting, Beautiful Landscaping Area and adequate Car Parking Facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform was engaged to manage the overall project for Office Interior, IT, MEP work along with testing and commissioning of MEP Services, Equipment.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project is complete and is successfully handed over.
