THE BRIEF

The Project is a corporate office for Defsys Integrated System. The company is a leading private manufacturer of Electronic & Electro-optical Systems for the Defense and Aerospace applications. The products which were assembled were to be supplied to defense and considering the nature of product intense security and surveillance was to be designed and to be executed. A separate area was designed and executed with diligence in order to have 0% dust free. Air shower were planned, Air changer unit in every 30 minutes. Epoxy on wall, Puff panels etc., are few materials which were fitted. The Entire floor was ESD.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform was engaged to manage the Office Interior, MEP work along with testing and commissioning of MEP Services, Equipment. Installation of equipment’s and machinery was also included in scope of work. It had a massive list of compliances in order to full fill the same integration of services was the major part of execution.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project has been successfully handed over and is operational.
