THE BRIEF

Krrish Florence Towers Gurgaon spreads over 9 acres at Sector-70 adjoining Sohna Road, Gurgaon. This is a Luxury High End project well connected to NH-8 and Golf Course Road. The entire project is Vaastu compliant.The project has 5 Towers, G+19, G+27, and G+ 28, with basement, which will have 510 units. The Complex will have various modern amenities like Swimming Pool, Rain Water Harvesting Pits, Shopping Complex, Splash Pool for kids, Leisure Sitting Area, 24*7 Security and Power Back up, Club House and Adequate Car Parking Facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL has been engaged to manage the project from Design Development Stage to Handing over stage. The scope of work includes managing Structural, Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services Co-ordination works along with the commissioning of all MEP Services. Perform commenced work on the project in August 2012.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project is under construction stage. The Civil Structure for 5 towers is in progress and Sample Flat is likely to be finished by March 2016.
