THE BRIEF

Iranian café is a chain of Olive Bar & Kitchen located at Ground floor HUB cyber city, Gurgaon. It is first ever Restaurant food chainIt designed in a Parsi style . It has indoor sports like Pool Table, Carrom etc. Colors are vibrant, setting a warm yellow tone to the whole restaurant. It has four seated rectangular table, round table, also has 14 bars cover. Most adventurous feel of the project is the model train that would run on a fixed track at a height of 7 feet (approx). Its No Loose Board is the most humorous and interesting thing one could ever come across. Cluster of Art effects were collected from different regions of Parsi’s old houses.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd was engaged to manage the Project providing close assistance to Architect for Detail work, facility design, Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipments. Hiccups were coordinated DLF as it is a new concept launched by DLF for getting all eateries under one roof.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project is complete and has been successfully handed over to client for operations.
