The client has 78 luxurious, stylish and modern guest rooms including Presidential Suites and Executive Suites. The hotel will provide amenities like health and fitness center, spa, swimming pool and meeting lounges. It has a large capacity banquet hall for 100 guests. The USP of the hotel is its proximity to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Temple and grand lobby with exquisite interior and beautiful landscape. The project is a proposed Taj Vivanta, positioned as a destination wedding hotel as well as a weekend getaway hotel near Jammu Srinagar Highway (Katra).
