The property is a 50 room budget hotel. The client has provided as many services as possible while optimizing the existing space. The stilt floor has the atrium/lobby of double height; ground floor furnishes coffee shop along with some rooms. The 1st/2nd/3rd floors have rooms along with a terrace garden and amenities like a restaurant, bar and barbecue have been facilitated. Each corridor overlooks the lobby which enhances the space.
