THE BRIEF

The Project is a Residential Building of about 25,000 sq. ft. with single basement and G+3 Floors with 6000 sq. ft. floor plate area consisting of spacious Bedrooms and Dining Halls. Each floor is proposed as independent Residence. Each room has a unique ambience. Architectural finishing gives the project an antique eye-catching experience. The Project has various amenities like beautiful front lawn, open atrium area, proposed gym and disc in basement, Italian kitchen and dedicated washrooms.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd has been engaged to manage and control the project from Construction Stage till Handing over Stage providing Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services co-ordination works along with the Testing and Commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipments. The Project commenced in September 2011.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project has been successfully handed over to client.
