The Project is an only for members of Night Club cum Restaurant perfectly located in Hotel Samrat, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. It spreads over 17000 sq. ft. area. It has been designed with the discerning in mind and kept it simple: Enter Enjoy Indulge Escape. Salient Features like exotic garden, day and night dining experience, lounge and bar for play, laugh and party, sensuous plush interiors, heritage photography and eye catching artworks giving it a glossy looks.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd had been engaged to manage the Project from Construction Stage to Handing over Stage providing Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipments. Perform commenced work in Aug 2008 and completed in Aug 2009.

PROJECT STATUS

The Projects has been successfully completed and handed over to client.
