THE BRIEF

Olive Bistro is a chain of Olive Bar & Kitchen, located at hub Cyber City, Gurgaon with total 4600 sq ft floor plate area. Ambience has maximum use of antique decorative items, exposed cast iron finishing works on vintage wall, unique way of using crockery as light features, open sitting on terrace, exclusive water features at terrace and in restaurant area, wooden pergolas and beautiful sculptures. Exclusive features like vintage Fujitsu, raised deckwood on gravel bed flooring, picket fencing around periphery.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd was engaged to manage the Project providing assistance to Architect for Detail work, facility design, Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipments. Hiccups were coordinated with DLF as it is a new concept launched by DLF for getting all eateries under one roof. Perform commenced work in Aug 2013.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project is complete and has been successfully handed over to client for operations.
