Staybridge Suites by IHG in Bengaluru was an upscale extended stay hotel brand that proposed for 164 keys, each featuring kitchenettes. The hotel was designed for both business and leisure travelers, providing amenities like fully equipped kitchens and dedicated outdoor spaces.
After the mock-up room approval from the operator, the client has reconsidered their decision and is now planning to convert the project into residential apartments.
Perform was involved as a PMC to handle the complete part till mock-up room approval.
