The hotel will offer amenities such as a health and fitness center, swimming pool, meeting rooms and open terrace. Additionally, there is a spacious banquet area with a capacity for 350 guests. This project is the envisioned Taj Vivanta, designed within G+9 floors including 3 basement mixed-use building that includes a shopping mall.

This is a brownfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil works to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP and interior finishing along with commissioning of high side services.
