The Client has conceived the building as a LEED Certified Green Building and aims to achieve Platinum Credits. The Building comprises of Basement and G+1 Floor with an available floor plate of 50,000 sq. ft. Building has Salient Features like Open Courtyard Area for Natural Day Lighting, Beautiful Landscaping Area and adequate Car Parking Facility.
