The client has proposed for 42 luxurious, stylish and  modern guest Rooms including Villas. The hotel will  provide amenities like health and fitness center, Spa and swimming pool. There are a few specific kinds of villas, out of them some villas are with private swimming pool & some with Private Garden, that’s the USP of the hotel. The another USP is Ranthambore National Park which is approximately 3 km from the Hotel.

This is a brownfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the structure to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing some part of structure, civil, MEP, and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
