The proposed building is a Software Technology Park at Noida. It is built as a LEED certified Green Building and is aiming to achieve Gold credits.   The IT Park comprises of 3 blocks – Block A comprise of 6 floors, Block B of 8 floors & Block C of 11 floors. All the blocks are inter-connected via the basement. The building would be a multi-tenant building.
