The proposed building is a Software Technology Park at Noida. It is built as a LEED certified Green Building and is aiming to achieve Platinum credits. The IT Park comprises of 02 basements, 02 multi level car parking and 12 floors. All the floors are inter-connected via the basement. The building would be a multi-tenant building. Project consists of various modern amenities like Rain Water Harvesting Pits, STP provision for recycling waste water for flushing & gardening purpose, Landscape and Multi Level Car Parking Facility.
