THE BRIEF

The  Courtyard by Marriott has an all day dinning area which was to be  renovated. The total area was 5700 sqft. The Project involved implementing the renovation of the 110 cover Restaurant cum Bar as per the new design provided by the Marriott team.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL was engaged to manage the Project from construction stage to handing over stage, managing Interior Finishing works and MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipments. The challenge was to manage the project within a working hotel site. Also the services of the ADD were also part of the Lobby which needed special planning during execution to avoid any inconvenience to hotel guests.

The Project is complete and has been successfully handed over to client for operations
