The building is a proposed commercial development having Stilt+G+2 floors with one basement. The client has envisaged to build a IGBC certified green building and aims to achieve gold rating. Retail floors layouts have been designed to accommodate multiple large-scale store/brand on the same floor. Project consists of various modern amenities like stilt level car parking and cafeteria on roof terrace. This is a greenfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP, and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
