The building is a Mercedes-Benz showroom development having G+Mezzanine+2 floors. Built-up area is approx 12,788 sq.ft. The showroom floors have been designed to accommodate luxury vehicle display zones, premium customer lounge areas, and dedicated consultation spaces, ensuring a seamless Mercedes-Benz brand experience. This is a brownfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP, and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
