The client has proposed 200 luxurious, stylish, and modern guest rooms, including suites. The hotel will provide amenities such as an ADD, bar, swimming pool, wedding center, gym & spa. It has two banquet halls: one with an approximate capacity of 9,000 sq. ft. and a junior banquet hall with an approximate capacity of 6,000 sq. ft. The hotel building comprises 1B+G+Mezzanine+Service+8 floors. The project is a proposed Marriott Hotel. This is a brownfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil works to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
