The project is a proposed Lemon Tree Hotel. The hotel is situated on 3rd & 4th floor of a very prestigious shopping mall. It’s a mixed-use development. This is a brownfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP, and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
