The client has proposed 169 luxurious, stylish, and modern guest rooms, including suites. The hotel will provide amenities such as an ADD, bar, swimming pool, wedding center, gym & spa. It has a large capacity banquet spaces suited for weddings. The project is a proposed Holiday Inn Express. This is a greenfield project. Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil works to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
