The resort will have 200 luxurious, stylish and modern guest rooms including high end villas. The resort provides amenities like ADD, bar, health and fitness center, spa, swimming pool and wedding banquets. This is a greenfield project. Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil works to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
