The client has proposed 90 luxurious, stylish, and modern guest rooms, including suites. The hotel will provide amenities such as an ADD, bar, swimming pool, wedding center, gym & spa. It has couple of compact banquet spaces suited for smaller gatherings. The project is a proposed Gateway Resort. This is a renovation project converting from Royal Orchid Fort Resort to Gateway Resort and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the modification of civil works to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
