It has a large banquet capacity. The hotel building comprises 1B+G+Mezzanine+5 floors. The project is a proposed Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. This is a brownfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil works to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
