It has a large banquet capacity. The hotel building comprises 1B+G+9 floors. The project is a proposed Best Western Hotel. This is a brownfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the interior works to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing MEP and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
