The building is a proposed commercial development having LG+UG+7 floors with two basements. This building has proposed for shopping mall cum office spaces. The client has envisaged to build a IGBC certified green building and aims to achieve gold rating. Project consists of various modern amenities like retail spaces, food court, multiplex and cafeteria. This is a greenfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the civil to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP, and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
