It has three compact banquet spaces suited for smaller gatherings. The hotel building comprises 1B+G+6 floors. The project is a proposed Wyndham Garden. This is a brownfield project and Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged to manage the project from the interior works to the handover stage. The scope of work includes managing civil, MEP and interior finishing, along with commissioning of high side services.
