The Project is a Residential Building of about 17,500 sq. ft. with single basement, Stilt Parking and G+4 Floors. Each floor has an area of with 2600 sq. ft.  consisting of spacious Bedrooms and Dining Halls. Each floor is unique with a double height area provided on each floor. The Architectural finishing gives the project an antique eye-catching experience using exposed concreate and metal finishes. Each residential unit will have a store area in the basement and the floor will give the experience of a villa in a floor type building.
