THE BRIEF

The Project is office furniture factory/ showroom cum back office for Geeken. The company GeeKen is one of the leading manufacturers of Office Furniture in India, with specialization in ergonomic and comfortable Chairs. The project is a three storey building having showroom and factory on separate floors.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform is engaged to manage the Office Interior, MEP work along with testing and commissioning of MEP Services, Equipment.

PROJECT STATUS

The Project is under construction stage and would be handed over by Aug 2016.
