THE BRIEF

The Project is a Residential Development constructed at Village Morta, Raj Extension, NH-58, Ghaziabad. The Project is spread in about 5 acres consisting of 8 Towers to be constructed in 2 Phases. The Residential Towers consists of single basement and G+13 Floors. It offers a huge choice of 2 BHK and 3 BHK with built up area ranging from 850 sq. ft. to 1320 sq. ft. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform Projects Management Pvt. Ltd has been engaged to manage the project from Pre-Construction Stage to Handing over providing Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services along with the commissioning of all MEP Services. Perform commenced work for Phase-1 (four towers).

The Contract for the project is over.
