THE BRIEF

The property is located at Sector 12, Gurgaon. The hotel building comprises of one basement and G+4 floors, with total built up area of 1,20,000 sqft. It offers 71 rooms, pool at the terrace level, Fitness Centre, Restaurant and spacious Banquet that can serve 150 guests. Salient features are graceful double height reception area with beautiful carving and exclusive paintings.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform was engaged for the interior phase of the project as the client was not satisfied with the existing quality of work. Perform completed work at all the public area spaces and also incorporated all the services required for hotel to be operational. The scope of work included managing Interior Finishing Works and coordinated MEP Services along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipment.

PROJECT STATUS

The project has been successfully handed over and is operational as Country Inn & Suites.
