THE BRIEF

Galgotias University campus is set in 52 acres of rolling
green at prime location on the Yamuna Expressway
Greater Noida. The Engineering Block comprises of G+5
structure, with total built up area of 1, 80,000 sq ft
Salient features like centralized Air-Condition, large
Auditorium, spacious Conference rooms, 24 * 7 Power
and Water back up, Dedicated Library and adequate Car
Parking Facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL was engaged to manage the project from
Construction Stage to Handing over stage. The scope of
works includes Civil, Interior Finishing Works and MEP
Services Co-ordination works along with testing and
commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipment’s.

PROJECT STATUS

The Engineering Block has been successfully commissioned
and is an operational part of University Campus.
