THE BRIEF

The Property is a mixed development use commercial projects located at the Sector-52, Gurugram. It is one of the largest integrated commercial destinations with retail and corporate offices. It will house a four screen INOX multiplex along with high end retail, lavish Food Courts with Casual Dining Restaurants.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL has been engaged to manage the project from Interior Stage to Handing over stage. The scope of works includes managing Civil, Interior Finishing Works and MEP Services (low side) along with testing and commissioning of all MEP Services and Equipments for Shopping Mall Area. The challenge for this project has stalled for 10 years operational again.

The Project is in hand over stage and some areas are
operational.
