The USP of the hotel is its grand lobby with exquisite interior and beautiful landscape. The Project is a proposed Courtyard by Marriott Resort. The project is positioned as a destination wedding hotel as well as a weekend getaway resort near Delhi. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Perform PMPL is responsible for end to end delivery of the project. Our scope includes the Management of design and development of all areas of this Resort properly. The project entails Management of Civil/Interior/MEP/Landscape for the property as well as to make the hotel operational for Marriott
